The use of exhibits for exhibition purposes requires a written consent of the Director of the Archaeological Museum in Poznań. A letter asking for the use of museum exhibits should be submitted three months in advance from the date of opening the planned exhibition. It should contain the following information: name of the institution, purpose and planned period of borrowing, attachment with list of exhibits with basic data about them (museum name, identification numbers - invoice / location number, place of origin, chronology), established on the basis of previous query . A letter asking for lending board exhibitions should be submitted one month in advance.
