The Department of Exhibitions and Education creates and coordinates educational programmes dedicated to the general public – pre-school and school children, students, adults and seniors as well as families. Exhibition-related activity is another important part of our work. We design new exhibitions and coordinate the organisation of those loaned from other Museums.
Our staff members provide guided tours of permanent exhibitions and take care of the safety of museum spaces open to visitors. The Department is also responsible for museum classes, the archaeology club, museum birthday parties, and competitions.
