Museum classes

The Archaeological Museum in Poznań offers educational classes for preschool and school children. Our goal is to make archaeology accessible and to expand knowledge of Poland’s prehistory as well as of ancient civilisations.

Museum education provides a valuable complement to classroom learning and an opportunity to explore entirely new topics. Our lessons are led by professional archaeologists and historians experienced in engaging audiences with archaeology. They are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for specific age groups. We teach primarily through hands-on activities, demonstrations, experiments, work with authentic artefacts, and the use of multimedia resources.
