The Library collects and makes available a variety of books and journals dedicated to different aspects of archaeological studies. They are supplemented by publications from related disciplines such as history, art history, anthropology, ethnography, and numismatic studies.
A substantial part of the collection is made up of publications associated with the research carried out by the Museum staff, including the archaeology of Poland, Europe, and Northern Africa with particular focus on Egypt and Sudan.
In our reading room we provide access to a reference collection including dictionaries, encyclopedias, lexicons, and recent publications.
