Loan Policy of the Archaeological Museum in Poznań
The loan of artefacts for exhibition purposes requires written consent from the Director of the Archaeological Museum in Poznań. A loan request should be submitted three months in advance of the planned exhibition opening date. The request should include the following information:
1. Name of the requesting institution.
2. Purpose and planned duration of the loan.
3. An attachment with a list of exhibits, including basic information about them (museum, identification numbers - inventory number/location number, place of origin, chronology), established based on prior research.
A letter requesting the loan of board exhibitions should be submitted one month in advance.
