Multicultural settlement in NAPACHANIE

Own name of the task: Multicultural settlements in Napachanie, gm. Rokietnica, state. 59. Archaeological research results. Task type: Elaboration along with a book publication of the results of archaeological research, including analysis of monuments obtained within this research. Funding mode: Task financed in 1-year mode. Responsible person: Piotr Pawlak Synthetic task description: The task is to publish the results of archaeological research , which was carried out in 2013 in Napachanie, state. 59, on the occasion of construction of the Poznań Western Bypass, along the national road No. S11. The result was the discovery of six chronological horizons: camps from the younger Mesolithic period, traces of colonial funnel culture from the Neolithic period, extensive settlement of the Lusatian culture from the Hallstatt period, traces of settlement of Przeworsk culture from the pre-Roman period, traces of early medieval settlement and modern times . The research was directed by Andrzej Krzyszowski, MA and Piotr Pawlak, MA. The research was of a rescue nature. Documentation from research along with historical monuments is in the Archaeological Museum in Poznań.
