The new exhibition in the series "Close encounters with..." showcases the results of extensive archaeological research carried out at two archaeological sites in Dąbrówka near Poznań: an older one dating from the 9th to the first half of the 10th century and a younger one from the 13th to the 14th century. Is presents a wide range of possibilities for analysing the archaeological material using the methods of various scientific disciplines available today to archaeologists. The exhibition displays selected artefacts from both older and more recent excavations, as well as traditional and modern research and documentation techniques.
